Knox Investment Partners is an Australasian private equity mid market “conviction” investor. That means Knox looks to invest in companies in a wide range of size but with a concentrated investment focus (small number of investments at any given time, very active roles taken).

Knox is currently managing a $60m fund (Fund III) and actively seeking investments in the $5-$20m equity contribution range. Funds 1 & 2 are now successfully completed, returning an average 41% gross IRR.
