About Knox Investment Partners

Knox Investment Partners is an Australasian private equity mid market “active” investor, investing in companies in a wide range of size and industry but with a concentrated investment focus (small number of investments at any given time, very active roles taken).

Knox has been investing in the Australasian small to mid-market private equity space since late 2004. Since then, we have built an enviable track record, outperforming public and private equity benchmarks with a combined gross IRR of 35% across Funds I – III.

Knox has developed a robust, repeatable blueprint for creating value: proprietary deal flow and disciplined investment focus, backed by an active and hands-on approach to investment management. Accordingly we have assembled a team that possesses significant operational, financial and managerial experience. The Directors are the largest investor in the Funds, ensuring total alignment of objectives.
