The Knox Investment Partners’ team combines more than 25 years experience in private equity, with past roles spanning strategy, operations, finance, general management, and entrepreneurship. This blend of skills ensures that value will be created in the portfolio, from deal origination and execution, to active teaming with management.
Managing Directors Bret Jackson and Tim Sumner co-founded Knox Investment Partners, led Funds I – III, and will continue to play leadership roles in Fund IV.
The other members of the Management Team are Portfolio Directors Mark Heron and Matthew Mooney, Fund Director David Bell, and Portfolio Associate Rachael Wood.
The combined investment commitment associated with the Manager in Fund IV is $25 million, representing a significant proportion of the combined net worth of the Management Team. As such, the Management Team not only think and act like owners, they are meaningful owners of the Fund and interests are well aligned with investors.
