Rachael Wood is responsible for investment analysis, management of deal processes including third party due diligence and legal documentation, and deal execution. She plays an active role in monitoring and consulting to portfolio investments including aspects of capital structure, reporting, operations, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Knox, Rachael specialised in acquisition finance in London with National Australia Bank Europe, and Kaupthing Investment Bank. Rachael also has a background in accounting, insurance and relationship management within Corporate Banking for ANZ National in New Zealand. She has experience in a range of accounting and financial services positions covering financial management, risk assessment, industry research and acquisition deal execution.

Rachael has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Management plus a Graduate Diploma of Commerce with a major in Finance, both from The University of Auckland.
